Everyone at the Dedham Vale National Landscape & Stour Valley team would like to congratulate David Appleton from the Suffolk Tree Warden Network on winning the Hero Award at the Creating Greenest County Awards.

David was rightly recognised for his outstanding work on native black poplars in Suffolk, the rare beloved trees. Cuttings from the Dedham Vale National Landscape Native Black Poplar clone bank have been grown on and planted out all over Suffolk and Essex.
