There is a temporary closure of part of the Stour Valley Path between Dedham and Flatford due to a breach of the river Stour.

The footpath south of the river between Fen Bridge and Flatford is closed. A temporary diversion is in place directing footpath users to follow the path north from Fen Bridge.

Suffolk Highways are aware of the issue and are working on a solution. It is confirmed that the route will remain closed until 2nd January 2025.
