Ambling African Women in Dedham Vale

Last week saw another successful walk in Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the P.H.O.E.B.E Centre’s walking group the “Ambling African Women”.

The group walked a four mile loop, starting and finishing at East Bergholt, taking in Dedham and Flatford. There were lots of new faces, confidence is building, and enthusiasm is inspiring!

Some of the women are going to be trained as walk leaders so they can start leading their own walks in the future.
