We are recruiting! We have two exciting opportunities working as part of a small team committed to conserving and enhancing the natural beauty of the Coast & Heaths and Dedham Vale Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
This role, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, will deliver a series of outreach projects to celebrate everything that is special about these areas 50 years on from their designation.
You will spend time out in these special landscapes, inspiring others to find out more about them and get involved in our work to care for them for future generations.
- £30,151 per annum (pro rata)
- 18.5 hours per week
- Fixed term / Secondment until 28th February 2025

Undertaking a ranger style role in open countryside and at important sites for nature conservation, engaging with the public and being a positive advocate for the Countryside Code
- £24,496 per annum (pro rata)
- 29.6 hours per week (required to work 1 weekend day per week for which you will receive enhanced pay)
- Fixed term/Secondment – for 3.5 months
